In June, the Gurutzeta Euskal Sagardoa cider with Designation of Origin obtained the gold rating in the Cider Contest of the Provincial Council and has now achieved the gold txapela (the capsule on the top of the bottle) in the analysis carried out by the Fraisoro Laboratory, for which the Gurutzeta Euskal Sagardoa cider is now a Premium cider, of the highest quality.
To make it, have been used mostly apples of the urtebi, goikoetxe, moko, mozoloa and gezamina varieties from the Azkorte farmhouse of Aia and the errexila from the Monjardin farmhouse of Segura.
