We have already opened the doors of the Gurutzeta cider house in Astigarraga. We have kicked off the txotx season, in a very special way this year, since the event to kick off the cider house season has been held in our house, by the members of the AMAK musical group. But, now, the time has come for you all to enjoy.

Last year's cider season was complicated, but together, we found a way to move forward, to offer the best service to taste the cider. And this year we will do the same, adopting the appropriate measures at all times. We will reopen on Monday nights and from Tuesday to Saturday, noon and night and we have recovered our wide offer:

-Traditional menu: chorizo boiled ??in cider, cod omelette, fried cod, txuleta (steak), and cheese, walnuts and quince.
-Cod in sauce or snuff, ordering it in advance.
-Menu reduced to 26 euros on Monday night and Tuesday and Thursday noon and night.
-Dinners set with otxotes (little choirs) on Wednesdays, starting on February 23.

For now, according to the measures in force until January 28, it will be possible to gather 10 diners per table and seated, but after what was learned last season and maintaining tradition, quality ciders can be tasted, both Gorenak and Euskal Sagardoa certificated of origin that the different barrels keep, through the transparent jars or bottles that a diner from each table can fill in the txotx.

On the other hand, it will also be possible to continue sharing the sensations when tasting the different ciders, through the small contest that we launched last year. Among those who participate, several meals will be raffled.
